A Members Story...
Welcome, to our brand new and exciting site which has been developed out of the needs and passions of those within our area, and nationally, that have been either diagnosed or affected by breast cancer. We hope it will introduce you to our group, offer help and support through its pages and give an insight into the work that we do. This is our first Phase in the building of this site, which we have worked very hard with New Media Choice, to develop and be ready for launch this October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Phase two will bring you many more additional features, to include latest news articles, events, both past and present, members stories, and most importantly links to other major self help and support sites. Also we will be creating links to those sites of our main sponsors, by way of a thank you for their support. This will be released by the end of December. We will also be including a Forum part of which will be supported by Brigg MP Mr Ian Cawsey. Please enjoy our site and should you wish to give us any help, support and encouragement, or simply would like us to include anything within the pages that you feel would be beneficial, then do not hesitate to CONTACT US. Oh! I almost forgot, we have also made it very simple for people who wish to help by making donations to us so we may continually run the group and give financial support to its members and others and keep up the fight against this life changing disease. Many thanks to all of the committee, group members , sponsors and supporters for giving me the love, inspiration and support to enable me to have been a part of this exciting new site. I would like to dedicate this site to our founder member and current vice chair, Angie Benson, in a show of our recognition and appreciation. Without Angie, none of this would have happened. Read Angie’s Story. Kind Regards Jim Brown
